Any data that is no longer needed for the purposes specified above will be deleted. If at any point you wish for OtakuSync to delete information about you, you can simply contact us.

If OtakuSync, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that OtakuSync goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
